• Head of Finance & Business Development for Diners Club Australia, delivering a turnaround strategy post Ansett collapse and improving the integration of the business into Citibank
• Manager with GEM Consulting & Poynton & Partners, a boutique advisory firm specialising in strategy, corporate finance and private equity.  Provided strategy and commercial due diligence advice to clients in multiple industries
• Business Development Manager for Freightcorp (now known as Pacific Rail), focussed on negotiating an entry into the Queensland coal freight services market
• Compliance Officer/Inhouse Lawyer for Freightcorp, responsible for both compliance as well as general legal services including negotiation and drafting of major freight contracts with the coal, grain and intermodal services industries
• Solicitor for Allen Allen & Hemsley (now Allens Arthur Robinson) and Hunt & Hunt, specialising in commercial and personal injury litigation.

Tracey has an MBA from the AGSM UNSW, Bachelor of Law & Commerce (Marketing) from UNSW, Diploma of Legal Practice from UTS and is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW.
